1978 - Construction

Hello, my name is Richard Young, I am a construction worker at the new theme park Victoria Plains Amusement Park, and i hope to bring you updates frequently, so all the story i know is that John Smith, the parks manager, is running this operation and asked my company to help construct the park, building wise, and that was a few months ago, since then we have got down the toilets, season pass building, and the main entrance, with this aswell, we have constructed the path for the parks layout. I dont have anything to do with making the rides, but ill tell you when they're made!

The main entrance looks pretty good if you ask me, there are five gates for guests to pass through.

Season passes on the left, toilets on the right!

We have managed to lay down this path, i think this is for the basic park layout.

I hope that i can frequently update you guys over the next couple of years of construction, the park wants to open in May 1980, that means alot of time to get things looking great!

Richard

Not bad. You might want path covers though. Also, you might want your pictures to look different, it is 1980. ;)

I cant believe it, im sorry for not updating you for almost a year, obviously being in England we cant build anything until the rain clears. Good job alot of rides were made, including the headliner, Afterburn! Afterburn takes you through twists and turns along the beautiful natural landscape!

Signage over the entrance

The Queen Vic is perfect for a bite to eat!

This is the Grand Carousel, Afterburn looks amazing!

Ill have more of Afterburn next update!

We are saddened to announced that we, England Entertainment Company (EEC) are running low on funds, we are constructing Victoria Plains and we still hope to keep the same attraction line-up with the same opening day which is 11 months away, there is still alot of work to be done as regards to smaller attractions. We hope that the park will open and our money will start to pick up.

I hope my pay doesn't go down!

Richard
