Just decided I would create this so us optimistic people could talk about what we want in RCT4. Atari did ask their forums a year back what we would like to see, but I'm still not sure they are making it. We want RCT4! Post any ideas you have! My ideas:

I would have thought the on-ride camera to be one of the first changes for RCT4. The crappy shifting from left to right automatically without following the train really kills me.. It would really make POV's better.. But these are just ideas. I higly doubt there will be a RCT4 game in the future. If so, the graphics better be more up to date rather than nearly poor quality (this includes better shaping for the track. I despised that you could have a loop or a decent looking dive loop without downloading a pack. | |

Did any of you see the new RCT that was coming out? It was only for the 3DS, which nobody has anyways. I think thats what they meant when they said a new RCT was coming out. All I can say is I hope it doesn't become like a 3D version of Thrillville. | |

Thrillville was so disappointing...you had barely any room to make any rides. Plus, it was honestly kind of weird....they played "Suddenly I See" in the parks....lolwut? | |

The new RCT for 3DS is HORRIBLE. From the many reviews I've read on multiple forums, the graphics are disgusting and it's hardly any better in graphics, plus you're limited to very minimal things. You're looking at a pretty boring game similar to Nintendogs. Haha. I would like to play a RCT game on 3DS if it had the fun packed thrill like Super Mario. | |

But look how far some people are in RCT3. CSOs CTRs would be pretty much meaningless and everyone will be looking at making CSOs etc. if its even possible. RCT3 would still probably be mentioned every so often. But RCT4 does sound cool and I like these ideas. How 'bout tunnels into the terrain so you don't see dirt? | |

^ Maybe thats why RCT4 hasn't been created. Maybe they feel everyone is settles into RCT3 with there own CS and stuff. They would need to out do all of our CS sets. | |

Shouldn't this go in RCT General Discussion? Well, I would definitely love seeing better supports and track flexibility. I wish it would we a lot more realistic also. | |

If atari could make a game with shyguy and old spice and other cs creators imagine the possibilities! Id love to see a coaster creation system where you picked a turn or loop or drop and the could adjust the paramaters freely. For example say how high the loop is, the bank of the turn, or the steepness of a drop. This way you keep the user- friendly system but allow for more creativity. I also think elements shouldnt be restricted if you are on a diagonal. Lights need work in the game, curved paths are also a must! And thats about it. Atari could make a killing by giving us what we want. not some stupid 3DS game | |
